Conference ‘Palić 2006’ April 12-14 2006.



Savetovanje na Paliću 2006.

President of the Association invited forty authors to make contribution (article, statement, commentary etc.) towards scientific and professional success of the annual conference of the lawyers and others from insurance industry.

General theme of this sixth in row conference to take place on Palić is ‘Insurance in the Association Process of Serbia & Montenegro to EU (Status and Trends – Palić 2006)’. Highly appreciating scientific and professional competence of the invited authors for insurance law and other relevant areas of insurance, President sets certain conditions authors must meet in order that their contribution is presented in the Conference. Those conditions are: 1) part or entire work must not have been published or written to be given to other publisher before the end of the Conference, 2) author must address issue(s) he decided to research from the contemporary level of knowledge in science and legal practice or other area of insurance in EU, 3) work must contain adequate suggestions that may serve as exemplary to insurance law in Serbia and Montenegro or other area connected with insurance law, 4) work must not contain more than 30,000 characters and must have summary in addition up to one author’s page (28 rows) and 5) work must be submitted to the Association until January 31, 2006.   

Authors’ works shall be published in the monograph aimed at participants of the Conference and its sponsors. At the end of each work there shall be summary in English. Number of works is confined by the time planned for debate on them and time envisaged for the Conference (minimum 25 and maximum 35 works). Insurance Law Review shall publish Conference debates and Conference messages.
